Shiatsu is a fabulous form of hands-on bodywork that brings your body back into balance with your environment, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized, balanced and whole. Shiatsu, and my work in particular, facilitates the release of emotional and psychic stress that has manifested in the physical body. Want to learn more?

Here you will find info about me, my shiatsu practice, and much more info to help you on your wellness journey, even if you're not in Chester County, PA.

Monday Meditation

To kick off the workweek... and the weekly regular features.... how about a meditation to prepare for the anticipated busyness to come, or to take a relaxing and re-energizing break when the stress begins to set in?

This guided meditation is just under 10 minutes in length, so it may be possible to fit it into your workday... breaktime, lunch hour...you can do it right at your desk.

Sit comfortably in your chair (or lie down, if you are able), ideally with both feet on the floor, (use headphones, perhaps, if you have them at work), and listen for the instructions.

If you have a moment to leave a feedback comment below, I'd love to hear of your experience! (Or drop me a line privately!)

Enjoy!
